- Structured - In structured interviews the interviewer has a specific set of questions to ask from the interviewee.
- Unstructured - Unstructured interviews are conducted with only a general goal or subject in mind.
The success of an interview depends on the skill of the interviewer and on his/her prior preparation for the interview.
